Shipping Information
All shipping is through USPS priority mail unless a specific alternate method is requested. We ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to purchase an item, please contact us for shipping information. We may or may not be able to accommodate your order. For larger orders, UPS may be used if it is deemed safe and chocolate will not melt during transit. Shipping prices include shipping and handling fees. USPS offers flat rate shipping so Chocolate Treasures will choose the most inexpensive shipping method to save you the most amount of money. When checking out, please complete your order and then we will send you an invoice reflecting the best shipping option. Paypal will help to give you an estimate, but unfortunately Paypal cannot calculate based on weight and volume the best shipping method. If you choose to pay right away, in the event you are overcharged for S&H, we will be happy to refund you the difference.
When temperatures exceed 76 degrees from the scheduled day of shipment through the 2-3 day transit time from Cleveland, OH to your destination all items will be shipped with ice pack(s). The handling charges will be included in your shipping and handling cost. When temperatures exceed 92 degrees we will only ship Express Mail or if you assume responsibility for melted chocolate. We do this because we cannot guarantee your chocolate won't arrive melted and we sincerely want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from us. Thank you for your understanding.
